These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and 988wni (hereinafter "988wni", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 988wni website located at https://988wni.cam and all associated services, products, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers and related features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotional offer or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close any account you may have opened.

These Terms should be read alongside the 988wni Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 988wni.

988wni does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position before participating.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 988wni, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable law in your location. 988wni does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Services from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the Platform, self-excluded or had an Account closed for terms violations.

• You must not be using the Services on behalf of any third party. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Users are strictly limited to one Account per person. Opening or maintaining multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and potential forfeiture of balances held therein.

During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and contact number. All information provided must be accurate and current. 988wni may verify this information through third-party identity verification services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity, unless you have notified 988wni of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 988wni support immediately at [email protected]. 988wni will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification.

988wni reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts that show signs of unauthorized access, fraudulent activity or any other security concern, pending investigation. We will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

All financial transactions on the 988wni Platform are conducted through the payment methods available in the cashier at the time of your transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including those commonly used in Pakistan such as mobile wallets and bank transfers — is subject to change without prior notice and depends on the operator's current payment provider arrangements, your jurisdiction and your account verification status.

Regarding payment method references: Where 988wni references payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah on this Platform, such references are provided as context only for users familiar with common Pakistani payment rails. • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction and is subject to change. Illustrative examples may show amounts such as PKR 1,000, but actual minimums may vary by payment method.

From time to time, 988wni may offer promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral bonuses and sports betting promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which supplement these Terms and shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

General conditions applicable to all 988wni promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria are specified per promotion and may include geographic, deposit method or Account status restrictions.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible User, per household, per IP address and per device, unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions and expiry periods are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Illustratively, a 30x Wagering Requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 150,000 of qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, table games and certain other categories may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%) compared to slots (typically 100%). Specific contribution rates are set out per promotion.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple Accounts, systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any form of bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of any related bonuses and may result in Account closure.

All sports betting and casino gaming on the 988wni Platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each market, game type and event. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. By placing a wager, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: Once a bet is placed and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be modified or cancelled by the User except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature. 988wni reserves the right to void any wager where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that an error occurred in odds calculation, that a market was suspended at the time of placement, or that the wager was placed in breach of these Terms.

Cricket and PSL Markets: Cricket betting markets on 988wni — including markets covering Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and ICC tournament fixtures — are offered for informational and entertainment purposes. 988wni has no official affiliation with, endorsement from, or partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the PSL, the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any team or individual player. Cricket content is sports context only.

Casino Games: Game outcomes in casino games are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics broadcast in real time. Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed on game information pages are long-run theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns in any individual session.

988wni reserves the right to suspend, modify or remove any game, market or betting product from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

988wni is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable users. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible from your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks and self-exclusion. Users are strongly encouraged to utilize these tools proactively.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 988wni Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Services if you are a minor, if you are in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or if you are subject to a self-exclusion order from this or any other gambling platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with the Platform in an automated or unauthorized manner.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers across multiple Accounts.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or otherwise circumvent the Platform's software, security measures or random number generators.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or the financing of criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable conduct toward Platform staff or other users.
• Charging back or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions in a manner inconsistent with the facts of the relevant transaction.

Where 988wni determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take any of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the Account; void any pending or historical wagers placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit any Real-Money or Bonus Funds held in the Account pending investigation; and pursue any available legal remedy.

All content on the 988wni Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, database structures, visual design elements and proprietary odds data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 988wni or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce or distribute Platform content; modify or create derivative works from Platform content; reverse-engineer any Platform software; use any trademarks, logos or brand elements of 988wni without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of 988wni intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 988wni and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, regardless of the theory of liability and even if 988wni has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 988wni makes no warranty or representation that:

• The Platform will be available continuously, uninterrupted or free from errors or security vulnerabilities.
• Any game, market or odds data displayed on the Platform is free from inaccuracies or technical errors.
• Participation in the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction — determining this is your sole responsibility.
• Any particular return or outcome will result from your use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 988wni's liability in circumstances where limitation is not permissible under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

988wni reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 988wni will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or by emailing Account holders at the registered email address. The revised Terms will display a "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your Account in accordance with the Account closure procedure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the 988wni Platform is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation.

These Terms do not constitute legal advice regarding the applicability of Pakistani law to your use of the Services. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation may affect the legality of online gambling for users located in Pakistan. Users are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their legal position.

Nothing in these Terms creates or implies any submission by 988wni to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or any acknowledgment that Pakistani law governs the operator's activities.
